Growing circle provides an online marketing platform like Amazon, ebay, Jumia, Konga etc., where members get to upload and sell their desired products. But much unlike the aforementioned platforms, the company has incorporated network marketing into her model such that people get to be rewarded for the sales made by those they brought into the business. This way, everyone goes home smiling with a share of the company’s profit from the provision of the platform. Also notable is the fact that the company is selling your products for you rather than you having to sell the company’s product for them.

COMPENSATION PLAN
The company uses a very fair compensation model called forced matrix where each member is usually required to sponsor (personally recruit/register) at least 2 persons who should be taught to replicate this and as well teach/support others to do same. This compensation model maximizes team work such that everyone benefits from the work of each team member.

Compensation Types
As a registered member, you can get to enjoy:
1. Fast Movers Fund: You will be paid $15 (N3,000) for every person you personally sponsor (register) to the business. You can personally sponsor as many persons as possible.
2. Step Out Fund: You will be paid this each time anyone in your team (your downline) joins you in a new stage e.g. they complete Starter Point and join you in Bronze Stage. The company believes that you must have exhibited some level of leadership to make this happen, hence the reward.
3. Next Level Fund: You get to enjoy this whenever you complete any level.
4. Matching Bonus: In addition to your personal earnings, you will be paid 10% of whatever amount anyone you personally sponsor to the business earns at every stage.
5. Sales Commission: This is paid for every product sale made by someone you brought into the business on the company’s ecommerce platform. It goes like this:
a. 90% of sales price goes directly to the seller.
b. 5% of sales price is shared between levels 1 to 7 (Which includes you, the sponsor)
c. 2% of sales price goes to direct to up-line of the seller (which may be you, if you sponsored the person by yourself)
d. 3% of sales goes directly to Growing Circle
6. Awards: These are additional gives/benefits you enjoy at certain stages and may include: phones, laptop, holiday trips, cars or a house.

Note: All awards can be monetized apart from phones, laptop, local trip and Ford Focus.

How You Get Paid
Every member has an e-wallet account in his/her online back office and can transfer Naira equivalent of dollar to his/her registered bank account in a few mouse clicks and have it paid in 24 hours or less. It is an automated system, no stories! Exchange rate $1 = N200

2) Bronze Stage
3) Silver Stage

7) Diamond Stage


STARTER POINT
Everyone begins here with a one-time registration fee of $50(N10,000). In this stage, you sponsor 2 persons (e.g. Clara & Timmy in the diagram) who also sponsor their own 2, making a total of 6 persons under you. Remember, there is no limit to the number of persons anyone can sponsor personally.

Compensation: 
• You are paid $15 (N3,000) fast mover fund for everyone you personally sponsor to the business
• You qualify to move to Bronze stage once you have your 6 persons sponsored personally by you or by the 2 persons (Clara & Timmy) you personally sponsored.

NB: You can only have two persons immediately under you, so any under person you personally sponsor will have to come under those below you (your downlines) as spillovers, thus making your growth and that of the team even faster. You can enjoy same spillovers from those above you as well.


BRONZE STAGE
Altogether, you need 11 persons to complete this stage and they are often not all sponsored by you. These are usually team members who have also completed their own Starter Point like you did and have been promoted to join you in the Bronze Stage (e.g. Clara & Timmy in the diagram). It’s a combination of those you got and those from your uplines and downlines, so don’t be scared! Just work smart.

Compensation:
• $25 level 1 Step Out Fund for first 2 team members that complete their starter stage and come directly under you in bronze i.e. $50 total
• $10 levels 2 & 3 Step Out Fund i.e. $30 for 3 persons at level 2 and $60 for 6 persons at level 3
• $100 Next Level Fund
• $240 (N48,000) total payout i.e. total Step Out ($140) + Next Level ($100)
• Automatic entry into Silver Stage
Award.
• A mini Android phone upon completion of stage 3.


SILVER STAGE
You also need 11 persons who have completed their own Bronze stage and stepped into Silver like you did in order to complete this stage and the system is similar to that of Bronze, except in the amount earned and the award received.

Compensation:
• $50 level 1 Step Out Fund for first 2 team members that complete their starter stage and come directly under you Silver i.e. $100 total
• $25 levels 2 & 3 Step Out Fund i.e. $75 for 3 persons at level 2 and $150 for 6 persons at level 3
• $300 Next Level Fund
• $625 (N125,000) total payout i.e. total Step Out ($325) + Next Level ($300)
• Automatic entry into Gold Stage
Award.
• A 7 inch Android phone upon completion of level 3.


GOLD STAGE
You also need 11 persons who have completed their own Silver stage and stepped into Gold like you did in order to complete this stage. The system is similar to that of Silver, except in the amount earned and the awards received.

Compensation:
• $100 Step Out Fund per team member at every level, totaling $200 in level 1, $300 in level 2 and $600 in level 3
• $1,100 Next Level Fund
• $2,200 (N440,000) total payout i.e. total Step Out ($1,100) + Next Level ($1,100)
• Automatic entry into Platinum Stage
Awards
• A brand new laptop upon completion of level 2
• A 3-day all-expense paid trip to a local tourist destination when level 3 is completed.


PLATINUM STAGE
You also need 11 persons who have completed their own Gold stage and stepped into Platinum like you did in order to complete this stage and the system is similar to that of Gold, except in the amount earned and the awards received.

Compensation:
• $200 Step Out Fund per team member at every level, totaling $400 in level 1, $600 in level 2 and $1200 in level 3
• $4,000 Next Level Fund
• $6,200 (N1,240,000) total payout i.e. total Step Out ($2,200) + Next Level ($4,000)
• Automatic entry into Sapphire Stage
Awards
• A 5-night all-expense paid trip to South Africa worth $2,000 upon completion of level 2
• A brand new Ford Focus car upon completion of level 3
• Interest and collateral free business support fund

SAPPHIRE STAGE
You also need 11 persons who have completed their own Platinum stage and stepped into Sapphire like you did in order to complete this stage. The system is similar to that of Platinum, except in the amount earned and the awards received.

Compensation:
• $1,500 Step Out Fund per team member at every level, totaling $3000 in level 1, $4,500 in level 2 and $9,000 in level 3
• $15,000 Next Level Fund
• $31,500 (N6,300,000) total payout i.e. total Step Out ($16,500) + Next Level ($15,000)
• Automatic entry into Diamond Stage
Award
• A 5-night all-expense paid trip to Dubai worth $2,500 upon completion of level 2
• A brand new Ford Escape car worth $25,000 (N5,000,000) upon completion of level 3.


DIAMOND STAGE
This is the last stage and you also need 11 persons who have completed their own Sapphire stage and stepped into Diamond like you did in order complete it. The system is similar to that of Sapphire, except in the amount earned, the awards received and the fact that you will continue to re-enter this stage and earn Step Out Funds after you complete it the first time.

Compensation:
• $5,000 Step Out Fund per team member at every level, totaling $10,000 in level 1, $15,000 in level 2 and $30,000 in level 3
• $30,000 Next Level Fund
• $85,000 (N17,000,000) total payout i.e. total Step Out ($55,000) + Next Level ($30,000)
• Automatic re-entry into Diamond Stage and you continue to earn step out fund of $5,000 (N1,000,000) per downline that re-joins  you in Diamond stage, but no more awards and Next Level Fund. This is some form of pension.
• You become a member of the prestigious Diamond Club with numerous benefits.
Award
• A brand new Ford Edge car worth $40,000 (N8,000,000) upon completion of level 2
• A house award worth $80,000 (N16,000,000) upon completion of stage 3
